About

I am a currently a second-year Ph.D. student at the School of Cyber Science and Engineering, Wuhan University, advised by Prof. Donghong Ji and Prof. Fei Li, and honored to be selected for the Top Talent Program of the School of Intelligence and Computing. As a passionate researcher, I focus on natural language processing (NLP) and affective computing, balancing theoretical innovation with practical applications. Beyond research, I actively participate in debate competitions, where the critical thinking and communication skills honed through debate also strengthen my academic work.

Interests

As a researcher in NLP, my work focuses on NLP, affective computing, and large-scale dialogue systems, with a central goal of exploring how models can achieve a deep understanding of human emotions and cognitive intentions. I study the cognitive mechanisms of language-related emotions and multimodal affective consistency. Specifically, I explore how to integrate human affective priors into models to improve their ability to judge the authenticity and underlying motivations of emotions, and design interpretable modules that highlight key multimodal evidence for model decisions. My goal is to advance multimodal affective cognition technologies and develop solutions for emotionally intelligent human–AI interaction, such as psychological companionship and multimodal customer service.
